WEEKLY REFLECTION (4-12-17 to 8-12-17)

                                                    Moving to the fourth week, my biology teacher Mumthas miss had informed us about the "WORLD AIDS DAY" programme that had been conducting in our school on wednesday. She gave us the duty to assign each classes for making them to prepare placards. I had got the incharge of 7th STD. I had given the quotations to be written on the placards to each of them and most of them had prepared it beautifully and colourfully. We also make placards for each class leaders and a symbolic presentation of awareness on AIDS. The rally that was organized on wednesday, had covered the National Highway and reached the school at 11.00 am. This had helped to gave a positive message on AIDS to the society. We made maximum efforts to the successfull  of this programme. I make revision of the chapter "To Maintain Homeostasis" for 9th B this week. Similarly, on 8th B the chapter "Why Classification" were revised. Then, the topics : Diversity for sustenance, Food web, Trophic level, Biodiversity etc were taught from the new chapter " Diversity for Sustenance " using ICT, Slide Presentation, Chart etc. The topic 'Ecological interaction' were taught through Power Point Presentation. Children were keenfully observing this and shows positive response. The topic 'Ecosystem' were taken using Role Play Model where, students are already familiar with that model and they played the roles very well. I had peer observed the classes of Nimitha and Rakhi this week. On the whole, I had a happy week.
